Air Blast Control

Sterilises the parts ordinary washing cannot reach...
The simple ideas are always the best and the Air Blast from ATL is tangible proof. A quick and easy modification to your existing vacuum system and you could be enjoying the peace of mind that the Air Blast brings to milk line cleaning.
During ordinary cleaning, the sterilising fluid can form eddies and ripples that create 'dry' spots (nooks and crannies that the fluid cannot reach), especially around taps and bends where milk residue lurks, just waiting to attract the microbes that can spoil your yield. Air Blast eliminates 'dry' spot formation by forcing the fluid into crevices and swirling it around the lines.
You run your vacuum cleaning cycle in exactly the same way as you always do except that Air Blast automatically becomes part of the sequence. At precise intervals, set up specially to suit your layout, Air Blast suddenly lets air into the lines. Because it is filling a vacuum, the air moves through the lines at tremendous speed, pushing the sterilising fluid before it and ensuring that every inch is washed completely.
At the end of one blast, the vacuum is allowed to build up again before the process is repeated, continuing thoughout the wash cycle. Vacuum build-up and blast times are easily adjustable. Air Blast controls a low-cost solenoid valve; just like those used to pulse the vacuum to the claw and may be fitted to both single line and two branch layouts.
Air Blast is available with a 1Amp output to suit most 12volt solenoids. A fused 230volt AC 50Hz mains supply is required.
