30 April 2005 - ATL Chosen to Supply Parlour Technology on the Largest Herringbone Parlour in the UK
ATL, working with WaikatoUK, has supplied the milking parlour technology on the largest herringbone parlour in the UK; a 50/100 swingover at Lower Park Farm in the United Kingdom. The parlour is equiped with a Micro Milk Meter system including Wash Control Box and a double (3-way) Pegasus Sorting Gate system.
The Micro Milk Meter system has an individual display at each milking point which provides all the information needed by the milker.
The Pegasus Sorting Gate system allows the cows to be automatically sorted into 3 groups from the parlour pit.
