06 September 2009 - Power Supplies Discontinued
ATL Agricultural Technology Limited is providing customers with notice that
a number of ATL power supplies will be discontinued in the next couple of months. The part numbers of the discontinued power supplies are as follows:

16-0300 - Milk Meter System Power Supply (replaced by 25-0200);

25-0120 - PSU - 8pt Digital (replaced by 25-0200);

25-0136 - PSU - 8pt Auto/Micro (replaced by 25-0200);

25-0142 - PSU - Auto/Micro Control Only (replaced by 25-0225);

25-0145 - PSU - Digital Control with Timing Pulse Control Only(replaced by 25-0225);

25-0170 - PSU - Auto-ID/Pegasus Sort Gate System(replaced by 25-0225).
12pt Auto/Micro and Digital power supplies are still available and should be used instead of the 8pt power supplies where required. 12pt and Out of Parlour power supplies will be replaced by a new power supply in the coming months when current stocks have been run down.
All the discontinued power supplies are being replaced by two new switch mode power supplies. These are circa 80% efficient, whereas the discontinued power supplies were linear type with circa 50% efficiency, thus reducing the amount of electricity used running ATL equipment, saving the farmer money.
