The Micro Milk Meter System is made up of the milk meter, control unit, solenoid box and connection box. The system includes a plug and play wiring kit which comes in two standard lengths; 1.5 and 2.5 metres. The control unit is available with a standard bracket that allows it to be mounted on a 1.25" ID (internal diameter) tube either vertically or horizontally.

The Micro Milk Meter Control Unit
Features:
Easy To Use Control Unit - The control unit is very user friendly, with the minimum of key presses required to operate the milk meter.
Clear, Large Character LCD Display - The clear, large character LCD display is easy to read from a distance and under most artificial lighting conditions.
Simple, Six Button Keypad - All the functionality of the milk meter is controlled by a simple six button keypad.
Fully Adjustable Settings For Each Point - The milk flow and ACR settings are fully adjustable from the control unit.
Stand-Alone Or Fully Integrated into the MicroMarque3S - The Micro Milk Meter can be used stand-alone or can be linked to the MicroMarque3S control to provide increased functionality such as cow number, warning flags (AI/Vet/Mastitis/Dry/Test/Bulling/Slow), previous milk yield, lactation number and feed ratio. Full integration into the MicroMarque3S also allows linking through to Auto-ID, in-parlour and out-of-parlour feeding, Pegasus Sorting Gates, Cowculator Feed-To-Yield and Uniform PC software.
NB - If the Micro Milk Meter System is installed on a swingover parlour and linked to a MicroMarque3S control, a swingover switch will be required.
The Micro Wash Control
An optional extra is the Micro Wash Control which allows the parlour to be put into wash, milking or idle mode at the press of a button, instead of having to set it on each milk meter control unit.

Stage One - The Micro Milk Meter in its basic format has no Automatic Cluster Removal (ACR) and just shows milk yields.
Stage Two - The Micro Milk Meter shows milk yields, but by adding an ACR ram and solenoid now handles adjustable automatic cluster removal to suit your herd.
Stage Three - The Micro Milk Meter with ACR linked to the ATL MicroMarque3S control; now you have cow data at each point and cluster hold-on in case of milk that's not for the tank.
Stage Four - The Micro Milk Meter with ACR and MicroMarque3S linked to the ATL Auto-ID system gives the cow number at each point automatically.
Stage Five - The Micro Milk Meter with ACR and MicroMarque3S linked to the ATL Pegasus Sorting Gate system enables you to sort the cows from each point.
Stage Six - The Micro Milk Meter with ACR and MicroMarque3S (with or without ATL Auto-ID) linked to your feeders and PC with the ATL Cowculator software gives you feed-to-yield facility.
Stage Seven - The Micro Milk Meter with ACR, MicroMarque3S and Cowculator linking to Uniform full farm management software gives you a totally integrated management system.
